We have 6 private rooms to choose from. Our Clearlight saunas use infrared heat to help your body sweat out toxins, reduce inflammation, ease sore muscles, and calm your nervous system. Each sauna features Red Light Therapy and chromotherapy.

Please be cautious when booking, ensuring you select the correct-sized sauna and the correct duration for your desired appointment. The Studio is our smallest sauna, Premier Cabin is medium sized, Cabin is medium/large, and Retreat is the largest sauna.
